Job Description Job Description We are looking for an
experienced Controller to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This
role is integral in managing financial processes and ensuring data
accuracy across cost accounting and reporting functions. If you

apply. Responsibilities: • Maintain and improve the cost accounting
system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all financial
processes. • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for
cost reduction and system enhancements. • Study and collect data to
calculate costs related to business activities, including labor and
conversion expenses. • Develop and manage material cost rates while
analyzing inventory counts, pricing, and movements. • Prepare
detailed reports comparing actual manufacturing costs to standard
production costs. • Generate labor efficiency reports and
collaborate with plant personnel to achieve productivity goals. •
Assist in budgeting processes, variance analysis, and account
reconciliations. • Prepare financial reports that align with
organizational goals and provide actionable insights. • Analyze
financial statements and identify trends or patterns impacting
profitability. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related
field. • 5 years of experience in financial analysis and cost
accounting within a manufacturing environment. • Strong analytical
skills with the ability to organize, interpret, and present large
datasets effectively. • Proficiency in cost accounting systems and
advanced Excel skills. • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate
is a plus. • Knowledge ERP systems is preferred but not required. •
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and
manufacturing teams on cost standard development and analysis.
