This position is crucial for maintaining the safety and security of our clients' properties by monitoring alarm systems, coordinating with law enforcement, and ensuring quick responses to security breaches and emergencies. Monitor and respond to alarms from installed security systems. Contact and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders. Maintain detailed logs of incidents and responses. Perform system status checks and ensure functioning of all equipment. Conduct regular system tests and report any malfunctions or irregularities. Provide quick and accurate responses to alarms and emergencies. Proficiency in surveillance systems and emergency response protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in high-pressure environments. Strong problem-solving skills.
