Marketing Assistant As we continue to grow, we are in constant need for driven, motivated people with a passion for marketing to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a go-getter that can have a task outlined, be given a few guidelines in the right direction, and then figure the rest out.
Marketing Assistant Responsibilities

• Weekly updates & and data entry of marketing metrics
• Build and maintain reporting platforms used to view performance of marketing initiatives
• Creation of documentation and training materials
• Provide support to other divisions by helping with implementation of various marketing initiatives
  Examples of Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Downloading call data from tracking systems and adding it to the Google Sheet that powers our Google Data Studio Reports
  • Rolling out new report templates to all clients -- Analyst creates what the report should look like and then the Marketing Assistant creates the actual report for each client
  • Upload patient lists weve gotten from clients to our internal client portal
  • Assist with one-off requests
  • Client wants us to purchase a font for their website
  • Need to delete a user in an unfamiliar project management system
  • Help other teams
  • Website QCs
  • Building Backlinks for SEO
    Marking Assistant Qualifications
    • 0-2 years experience working in a marketing, data entry, or communications role
    • Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere
    • The ideal candidate should demonstrate a willingness to work with a small and growing team with many shared and evolving responsibilities
    • Ability to think critically and ask questions
    • Highly detail-oriented
    • Familiarity with Excel and/or Google Sheets
