HGR Industrial Surplus is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This position will support our company and our growing list of brands, including, but not limited to: iGAM, NRTC Automation, Tramar Industries and HGR Industrial Surplus. This role will develop, execute, and optimize best-in-class email, marketing automation, and paid ad campaigns across a variety of channels and platforms to achieve and surpass our business objectives. The role will require strategic thinking and flawless execution with strong understanding of audiences, and customer segmentation. It will require creativity to come up with new testing ideas and new ways to drive traffic to our websites and push users down the customer sales funnel. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with marketing, sales, product, operations, and the technology teams to drive revenue and innovation. Responsibilities include researching our target audience, executing and optimizing all email and ad campaigns, researching the industry, analyzing trends, defining the digital strategy, providing reporting and analysis, and coming up with ideas to improve conversions. Strong attention to detail is a must. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES --- Develop strategy, execute, and track all email and SMS campaigns across multiple brands --- Build HTML emails and templates to support all our brands --- Build marketing automation campaigns to drive users through sales funnel (supply and demand side) across all our brands --- Work closely with the Marketing team to align email and ad efforts with promotional and event calendar --- Manage and maintain email marketing calendar in Asana --- Create and execute demand, lead generation and retargeting ad campaigns on platforms including, but not limited to Google, MSN, and Facebook --- Work directly with the Director of Digital Marketing to execute and A/B test campaigns including, but not limited to ad copy, images, links, platforms, etc. --- Drive and measure lead generation campaigns and additional sales support efforts --- Closely analyze, measure, and report on the performance of campaigns and optimize based on insights --- Conduct continuous market research and analyze industry trends to identify new digital marketing opportunities --- Work with external agencies and vendors to understand, develop and execute digital marketing programs --- Performing other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE --- 5 years of direct marketing experience with proven track record of driving customer activation and retention through paid ads, email and SMS marketing initiatives --- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field --- 5 years of experience with ad platforms such as Google, MSN, Facebook and more --- Experience working in project management platform, such as Asana --- Strong knowledge and experience of marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, HootSuite, and more --- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools --- 5 years of experience building, executing, and scaling email marketing campaigns from concept to completion; including testing, sending, and reporting for an established brand --- Advanced Excel knowledge and excellent analytical skills to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations --- Well-versed in email and SMS channel best-practices, personalization and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS AND ABILITIES) -- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company---s success -- Critical thinker and excellent problem-solving skills -- Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done -- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills -- Ability to work with a hybrid team (onsite and remote) -- Strong execution capability with highest standards in a rapidly evolving business -- Incredible attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities -- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
