Please note, this is not a remote job and requires physical presence for effective execution of duties. The Pest and Wildlife Professional will play a critical role in managing and executing pest control and wildlife exclusion strategies, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Applicants should be prepared for a vigorous role that combines hands-on fieldwork with insightful strategic planning. Duties and Responsibilities Perform inspections and assessments to identify pest and wildlife issues. Develop and implement effective control strategies tailored to specific situations. Install wildlife exclusion solutions and perform minor home repairs related to pest entry. Handle and apply pesticides following all safety protocols and legal requirements. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all inspections, treatments, and other job-related activities. Offer advice and recommendations to clients on how to prevent future pest and wildlife problems. Stay updated with the latest developments in pest control techniques and wildlife management practices. Operate and maintain equipment and tools in safe and functional condition. Participate in training and educational sessions to enhance skills and comply with industry standards. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clarity, and confidence in our services. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency call-outs for pest and wildlife removal. Requirements Proven experience in pest control or wildlife management preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Criminal background check with no prior convictions. Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces. Comfortable working at heights and on ladders for extended periods. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Drug-free as evidenced by a pre-employment drug screening test. Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly convey information and instructions.
