searching for motivated, dependable and hardworking team players to
join our company in our Nursery Operations Department. This
position is for team members who are go-getters and want to have a
long-term career path with a 55-year-old company. Positions are
open for all experience levels. Type of work to include all aspects
of Landscape Nursery Operations: · Landscape plant growing and care
· Tree, shrub, and flower inventory, maintenance, purchasing and
procurement · Loading and local delivery of plants and materials to
jobsites · Plant healthcare including watering, fertilizing,
disease/pest ID and management · Planting, growing and holding of
flowers, shrubs and trees · Trimming and pruning · Mulching ·
General Nursery facility property care and maintenance · Operating
all basic landscaping hand tools and power equipment · Other
general duties To be considered for this position, the candidate
must: · Be willing to learn and grow as well as lead and teach ·
Able to work day shift 8-10 hours per day, 5-6 days per week · Pass
a pre-employment background and driving record check · Have a valid
driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
