Job Description:
Suburban Propane, a leader in propane and refined fuel services
as well as comprehensive energy solutions, is currently seeking a
skilled Service Technician to join our dedicated team. This role is
essential in maintaining our commitment to providing reliable
energy services to a wide range of commercial, residential,
industrial, and agricultural clients. As a Service Technician, you
will be at the forefront of ensuring the operational integrity and
safety of equipment and systems vital to our daily operations.
Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs of all equipment
and infrastructure Ensure compliance with company standards and
governmental regulations Provide technical support and
troubleshooting assistance to resolve fuel system and appliance
issues Conduct installation and maintenance of propane and refined
fuel systems Document service actions by completing forms, reports,
logs, and records Offer exceptional customer service, responding to
customer issues and questions in a timely manner Proven technical
skills in appliance and fuel system repair Strong troubleshooting
abilities Effective communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the energy sector
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certified in Handling and Safety of Propane and Other Flammable
Materials HVAC certification is a plus
