Job Description:
Constellation, a pioneering leader in integrated energy, is
seeking a highly skilled Prin, Energy Efficiency Development
Engineer to join our dynamic team. This key position is dedicated
to designing and implementing innovative energy solutions aimed at
enhancing efficiency and sustainability across various sectors. As
an integral part of our engineering department, the successful
candidate will conduct advanced analysis, develop new
methodologies, and oversee projects from conception to execution,
ensuring alignment with environmental standards and organizational
goals. Design and develop high-efficiency energy systems tailored
to customer needs. Drive projects from planning to completion,
ensuring they meet cost, time, and quality specifications. Analyze
energy data and systems to propose improvements and innovative
solutions. Liaise with stakeholders to determine energy needs and
provide strategic consultancy. Stay abreast of technological
advances and regulatory changes within the energy sector. Prepare
and present detailed project reports and findings to senior
management. Manage the budgeting and resource allocation for energy
projects. Advanced proficiency in energy modeling software and
tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent
project management and leadership capabilities Effective
communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of energy
systems, including renewable energy technologies Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Energy Manager
(CEM) preferred Professional Engineer (PE) license in the related
field is advantageous
