Responsibilities: As a Permanent Maintenance Manager, you will be
responsible for: 1. Overseeing the maintenance of all manufacturing
equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition and meets
all safety standards. 2. Managing the inventory of spare parts and
equipment, ensuring optimal levels are maintained at all times. 3.
Implementing and managing PLC programming to enhance the efficiency
of our manufacturing processes. 4. Applying Six Sigma principles to
identify and eliminate defects in our manufacturing processes. 5.
Troubleshooting equipment and system failures, identifying root
causes, and implementing effective solutions. 6. Leading process
improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
7. Overseeing the maintenance of mechanical systems, die
fabrication, and fabrication processes. 8. Implementing lean
manufacturing principles to optimize our operations. 9. Managing
the maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, and hydraulic and
pneumatic systems. 10. Leading and developing a team of maintenance
technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous
improvement. 11. Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and
other relevant safety standards. Qualifications: To be considered
for the Permanent Maintenance Manager role, you must have: 1. A
minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role
in the manufacturing industry. 2. Proven experience in inventory
management, PLC programming, Six Sigma, troubleshooting, process
improvement, and mechanical systems. 3. Experience in die
fabrication, fabrication, lean manufacturing, and electrical
maintenance. 4. Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC, and hydraulic and
pneumatic maintenance. 5. Proven team leadership skills, with the
ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. 6.
Extensive knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and
OSHA compliance. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus
on continuous improvement. 8. Strong communication skills, with the
ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to
a variety of audiences. 9. A degree in Engineering, or a related
