Lincoln Electric is seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing our manufacturing operations by ensuring all mechanical systems and infrastructure are optimized and efficient. The successful candidate will contribute to Lincoln Electric's legacy of innovation by designing, implementing, and maintaining mechanical elements essential for the production of our cutting-edge welding and cutting technology products. Design, analyze, and optimize HVAC, piping, and other mechanical systems within the facility Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards Regularly inspect and evaluate equipment and systems to ensure efficiency and operational integrity Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and methods into existing operations Manage and document all phases of project lifecycle, from initial concept to final commissioning Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues in a timely and cost-effective manner Proficiency in CAD and CAM software, ideally AutoCAD and SolidWorks Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC design, and fluid dynamics Experience with automation and manufacturing systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent project management abilities Good interpersonal and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Certification in Project Management (PMP) is advantageous HVAC certification or similar relevant certifications
