Lincoln Electric invites applications for the role of Maintenance Technician within our Engineering & Maintenance department. As a leader in welding and cutting solutions, we are looking for a skilled individual who can maintain and enhance our manufacturing equipment and facilities. The successful candidate will be crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, minimizing downtime, and supporting the implementation of new engineering solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and improvement of advanced manufacturing systems in a company known for its innovative prowess. Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new designs and upgrades to existing systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Assist in the installation of new equipment and provide training to other technicians on new procedures. Document maintenance procedures and outcomes for future reference and continuous improvement. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Proficiency in using hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Experience with welding equipment and techniques is a plus Effective communication and teamwork skills Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) preferred Certification in Electrical or Mechanical Systems is a plus
