Job Description:

we are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our innovative
engineering team. This role is crucial in advancing our product
lines and enhancing our market-leading solutions. The ideal
candidate will be involved in all phases of product development,
from conceptualization and design to testing and implementation,
ensuring both functionality and compliance with industry standards.
By joining our team, you will be at the forefront of technological
advancements in the welding and cutting industry Design, develop,
and maintain electrical systems and components to required
specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality,
and sustainability. Collaborate with project teams and
cross-functional units to ensure smooth integration of electrical
systems with other mechanical or electronic systems. Conduct
product testing and troubleshooting, analyze test data, and make
modifications as necessary. Document all phases of research and
development, as well as writing reports and compiling data
regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects.
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and legislation, such as
safety and environmental regulations. Coordinate manufacturing,
installation, maintenance, and support to ensure compliance with
project specifications and standards. Proficient in the use of
design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuitry, and power
management. Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary
teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong
attention to detail with the ability to lead projects from
inception to completion. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license
preferred. Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is
advantageous.
