    • Team Member Recognition CardsThe Role Itself Ethan Crossing is currently seeking experienced licensed practical nurses (LPN) to work in a residential treatment center for Substance Use Disorders (SUD), providing care and treatment to clients. Previous experience working with SUD patients is strongly preferred.Duties may include:
      • Assessing and Developing Plans of Care
        • Thorough Documentation
        • Supervising and Delegating Tasks Related to Client Care
        • Monitoring Clients Conditions and Responding Appropriately to Change
        • Delivering Treatment According to Plans of Care
        • Assisting and Performing Comprehensive Nursing Assessment on All Patients
        • Orienting Families and Patients to the Program
        • Employing appropriate crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as required.
        • Attending educational in-services, staff meetings, and timely completion of online competencies.Prerequisites for this position:
          • Positive Attitude!
          • Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
          • Current unencumbered licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
          • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
          • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
          • Teamwork, flexibility needed to fulfill job responsibilities, adapting to changes in work environment and accepting supervisory feedback.
          • Professional, courteous, and respectful interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and other staff.
          • Maintain CPR/Handle With Care Certification (will be provided upon hire)
