  Requirements:
  • OH/Compact license
    
  • Minimum of 1.5 years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
    
  • Must have 1.5 years perm MS/Tele prior to travel
    
  • Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience
  • AHA BLS & ACLS requiredOthers:Med/Surg Tele RNDay shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7am-730pmMinimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA BLS & ACLS requiredRecent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED.Traveler must work at least every other holidayPBDS Assessment - waivedECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
