Your key responsibilities include:MDS Assessments: Complete comprehensive and accurate MDS assessments in compliance with federal and state regulations.Resident Care: Conduct thorough assessments of residents physical, psychological, and social needs, utilizing the MDS tool to document their status effectively.Care Planning: Develop and maintain individualized care plans based on assessment data.
