A Brief Overview The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for providing quality care for patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction. Standard tasks to be performed by a NP/PA as specified by the Ohio State Board of Medicine and UH entity specific Medical Bylaws: What you will do /n /n This role will provide a unique clinical leadership opportunity at a state of the art Advanced Primary Care and Wellness clinic located at the Sherwin Williams Corporate Headquarters in downtown Cleveland. In addition to providing direct traditional Primary Care services, the role will include intentional integration of lifestyle medicine modalities to treat and prevent disease. This role will work very closely with an interdisciplinary team that is passionate about whole person health and well-being. (Required proficiency) /n - Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationships. (Required proficiency) /n - Must have computer skills to access patient medical data from UHHS mainframe. (Required proficiency) /n - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
