Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for providing quality
care for patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction.
Standard tasks to be performed by a NP/PA as specified by the Ohio
State Board of Medicine and UH entity specific Medical Bylaws: What

care providers in an interdisciplinary approach to provide care to

(5%) /n Qualifications Education Qualifications /n · (MSN) Master's
Degree in Nursing, or /n · Master's Degree from an accredited PA
educational program /n Experience Qualifications /n · 1 years as a
NP or PA Preferred /n Skills and Abilities /n /n - Demonstrated
leadership skills. (Required proficiency) /n - Demonstrated skills
in interpersonal relationships. (Required proficiency) /n - Must
have computer skills to access patient medical data from UHHS
mainframe. (Required proficiency) /n - Working knowledge of
Microsoft Office and Outlook. (Required proficiency) /n /n Licenses
and Certifications /n /n - Current Registered Nurse (RN) in the
State of Ohio, and /n - Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of
Ohio, or /n - Current Physician Assistant (PA) in the State of Ohio
/n - Basic Life Support (BLS) Required and /n - Advanced Cardiac
