Job Description:
HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for
a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Discipline: RN ~ Shift: 12
hours, rotating ~ Employment Type: Travel Shifts : 4 x 12s Timing :
7:00 PM – 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM shift (consists of 2 weeks of
Days followed by 2 weeks of Nights) Type of Facility : Short Term
acute Care Hospital Length : The initial duration is 13 weeks ,
with the possibility of an extension based on facility needs and
performance. Schedule : To be decided by manager or supervisor once
you hit the floor. Nursing Float Pool, 1002-1000-31090 Provide
leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality,
compassionate patient care. Utilize the nursing process
(assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide,
delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare
team members. Maintain patient safety, provide patient education,
and ensure compliance with hospital protocols. Participate in
finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure
implementation of those solutions. Active RN license in the state
of Ohio or Compact/Multistate License. Must have 18 months of
permanent experience in the specialty you are applying for before
taking travel assignments. Active RN license in the state of Ohio
