Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • 6 months of experience with Epic is required from last 6 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. • 12 months between Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program • 12 months between Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Shift & Scheduling: Traveler must work at least every other holiday Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. Required Skills/Experience: Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled. Required Credentials: PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. NIH’s issuing bodies AHA, Apex, AACME, or Bluecloud only. Healthstream Certs are not acceptable. Must be updated every year unless cert states two years. BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case. Facility does not accept any license hits. Previous Employment Requirements: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. Reference: 1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment. One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission. Please no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected.
