Euclid Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-730am Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED. *ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.
