Details * FTE: 1.0 * Schedule: Shared hours: Monday - Thursday 7am
- 7pm, Friday 7am - 5pm, Saturday 8am - 12pm * Location: Pinckney,

Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal
Medicine or Med Peds * Strong clinical and diagnostic skills to
provide high-quality primary care * Commitment to patient-centered

workplace culture * Willingness to work some early morning,
evening, and rotating weekend shifts to increase patient access *
Experience in outpatient primary care (preferred, but not required
for new graduates) Duties & Responsibilities A typical day may
include: * Providing comprehensive primary care services to
patients of all ages * Managing chronic conditions and developing
personalized treatment plans * Performing preventative care,
wellness visits, and routine screenings * Collaborating with nurse
practitioners, specialists, and care teams to optimize patient
outcomes * Maintaining accurate and timely electronic health
records documentation * Participating in quality improvement
initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations * Staying
up to date on evidence-based medical practices and advancements in
primary care * Engaging in community outreach and health education
