an Associate Medical Director to join our multidisciplinary team.
Operating various clinics across the U.S., ChenMed focuses on a
proactive, patient-centered approach to medical care. In this
pivotal role, the Associate Medical Director will help guide
clinical teams towards optimal patient outcomes, ensuring adherence
to best practices in medical care, and driving our mission to
transform care for the elderly. The role requires a balance of
clinical expertise and administrative leadership, making it ideal
for a physician looking to impact healthcare at a larger scale.
Oversee clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality
healthcare services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
implement effective healthcare management strategies. Drive
initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
Participate in the recruitment, training, and professional
development of clinic staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and maintain accreditation standards. Partake in
research and data analysis to inform clinical best practices.
Represent the clinic in professional communities and forums. Strong
leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of best practices in
geriatric medicine. Ability to work collaboratively with a
multidisciplinary team. Experience in healthcare management and
operations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family
Medicine, or Geriatrics. Active medical license in the state of
practice. Certification in healthcare management (e.g., CPE,
FACMPE) preferred.
