ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work primarily in 7-room inpatient/outpatient unit with floating to main OR (26 rooms) when needed • Must be able to scrub and circulate • DaVinci XI robotic experience required • Must be comfortable with posterior eye and eye trauma procedures • Schedule includes 6 shifts from 11:00 AM to 9:45 PM per six-week schedule • Required to work 2 weekend call shifts per six-week schedule • Monday through Friday schedule, typically finishing by 7-8 PM • Float to main OR when unit ends early or when main OR is short-staffed • Work with various surgical specialties including general surgery, colorectal, gynecology, urology, breast, eye, brachytherapy, plastics, and uro-gynecology • Experience with open, laparoscopic, and robotic procedures required • Handle cases including hernias, appendectomies, cholecystectomies, bowel resections, mastectomies, nephrectomies, cystectomies, gender affirmation surgeries, and various other procedures Facility: This major academic medical center operates two distinct surgical departments: a main operating room with 26 rooms handling level one trauma cases, and a specialized 7-room inpatient/outpatient unit. The facility provides comprehensive surgical services across multiple specialties including orthopedics, vascular, ENT, oncology, transplant, neurology, thoracic, cardiac, and trauma services. The organization maintains state-of-the-art robotic surgery capabilities and offers a wide range of specialized procedures in a collaborative healthcare environment.
