Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active RN license with step-down or telemetry nursing experience Proficient in managing patients with advanced heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, and complex cardiac arrhythmias Knowledgeable in care of patients with implantable cardiac devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators, and Ventricular Assist Assist Devices (VAD) Experience with pre/post cardiac catheterization, ablation procedures, and administration of anti-arrhythmic medications Ability to support broader medical-surgical care in a hospitalist setting Responsibilities: Deliver specialized nursing care to patients with intricate cardiac conditions and complex medical needs Monitor and manage electrolyte imbalances and dysrhythmias using telemetry and clinical assessment skills Support patients awaiting heart transplants and those with implantable cardiac devices Participate in pre and post-procedure care including cardioversions and ablation follow-up Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Location:Cleveland offers a vibrant urban atmosphere with renowned healthcare facilities and access to excellent cultural and recreational amenities.
