Experience: - Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience - 1
year of Cerner experience - Proficiency in labor, postpartum, and
special care - Certifications: - BLS (Required) - NRP (Required) -
Licensure: - Current Michigan RN license (Michigan State Board of
Nursing) Education - Required: Graduation from an accredited school
of nursing - Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing ( BSN) Job
Summary The Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery provides leadership
in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient
care. The RN utilizes the nursing process—assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation—to provide, delegate, supervise, and
document patient care and family education. The role includes
effective communication with the healthcare team and active
participation in identifying and resolving variances from patient
care goals. Skills & Experience Required: - Strong clinical
knowledge and analytical skills to develop effective nursing care
plans - Ability to perform a wide range of professional nursing
services - Excellent communication skills with patients, families,
