Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,800 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position The Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients recovering from surgery or managing acute and chronic medical conditions. Responsibilities include assessing patient health, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families on post-hospital care. The RN ensures patient safety, maintains accurate documentation, and promotes a healing environment. This role requires strong critical thinking, clinical skills, and the ability to manage multiple patients efficiently. Requirements Valid RN license in the state of practice. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Experience in medical-surgical nursing or acute care. Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
