exceptional service and fabulous food. What You’ll Be Doing (Key
Responsibilities) Provide inspirational leadership with an emphasis
on operations, food and service quality, people development,
hospitality, cleanliness, and sales/profitability. Champion the
guest experience while instilling a culture of guest first
hospitality. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure strict
standards for cleanliness, food safety, sanitation, food
presentation, preparation times, freshness, and recipe adherence
are met. Support in-store training initiatives, monitoring training
processes to ensure quality and consistency. Ensure that private
events, catering, and banquets are properly executed. Be a wine
ambassador and represent all wines on the list. Control cash and
other receipts by adhering to cash handling and recognition
procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and
schedules, in an organized and timely manner. Continuously develop
and motivate the team to deliver legendary customer service.
Solicit guest feedback to understand guest needs and the needs of
the local community. Utilize management information tools and
analyzes financial reports to identify and address trends and
issues in sales, promos, voids, labor costs, food costs and
operational expenses. Ensure the company's policies and procedures

requires these qualifications: Minimum 5 years of high-volume
restaurant and fine dining experience Extensive wine knowledge.
Sommelier certificate preferred but not required. Demonstrates
excellent leadership skills and sound business ethics. Great oral
and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and conflict
resolution skills. Must be self-motivated and guest focused.
Excellent organizational/time management skills. Results driven and
able to meet deadlines. Familiar with touch screen POS systems
including backend reports. Well versed in Inventory management and
troubleshooting including food and beverage. Food safe

and lift heavy objects. The noise level in the work environment is
typically high. Stamina and Endurance: Ability to stand and walk
for extended periods during shifts, especially during busy service
hours. Mobility: Capability to move around the restaurant quickly
and efficiently, managing various areas such as the dining room,
kitchen, and bar . Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling tasks
like setting tables, handling reservation systems, and managing
service equipment. Strength: Ability to lift and carry light to
moderately heavy items, such as trays, wine boxes, or small
furniture. Good Vision and Hearing: Essential for observing the
dining room, ensuring service quality, and addressing guest needs,
as well as hearing orders and communication from staff. Calm Under
Pressure: While not purely physical, the ability to maintain
composure during busy or stressful situations is key to ensuring
