Falls NOW HIRING BARISTA Summary Greet guests warmly and make light
conversation. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea
beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area. Manage multiple
orders efficiently while upholding attention to detail and quality.
Offer assistance with amenities or provide local information to
guests. Communicate professionally, be friendly and offer
exceptional service. Skills/Requirements Ability to engage in
polite, positive conversations with guests Knowledge of coffee
brewing techniques and equipment maintenance Prior food service
experience preferred Genuine enjoyment in helping others Excellent
verbal and nonverbal skills; smile Basic understanding of food
safety and sanitation practices Must be available weekends and
holidays Shifts are generally Monday-Friday 5am-1pm,
Saturday-Sunday 6am-2pm Benefits • All Employees are eligible for a
