As a Security Officer - Industrial Plant Patrol in Willoughby Hills, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and communication to everyone on-site. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain high visibility, and respond professionally to situations as they arise. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.91 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue06:00 PM - 02:00 AMWed06:00 PM - 02:00 AMThur06:00 PM - 02:00 AMFri06:00 PM - 02:00 AMSat06:00 PM - 02:00 AM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any irregularities or incidents found during patrols within the facility. Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors as needed while maintaining professionalism and a security-related presence. Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding any incidents, concerns, or observations relevant to security-related matters. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
