Job Description:

Job Description Directs, leads and coordinates TEAM efforts towards the analysis, modeling, standardization, streamlining and implementation of a new ERP solution along with future upgrades, and hosting systems modifications.
Works with TEAM to standardize ERP reporting templates from analysis, development specifications, and liaison with all departments and groups.
Spearheads innovation, organizational change, and business process reengineering (BPR) to improve both business and supporting ERP solution effectiveness as an on-going responsibility.
Oversees the development and execution of testing benchmarks of ERP business process models to ensure the new system meets company requirements prior to the new ERP System "go live".
Manages the creation, implementation, and execution of necessary training for the new ERP Systems.
Effectively and efficiently rolls out and provides on-going support for the new ERP System solution.
Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and guide all levels of the business.
Maintains a high level of competency regarding the new ERP's functionality.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems and/or other related fields or equivalent.
Hands-on ERP Systems analysis, selection, deployment (has participated in at least one ERP System implementation) and management.
Advanced technology project(s) administration and project planning (5 years minimum).
Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate complex ideas into easily understandable language.
Experienced in Business Process Management or Business Process Re-engineering (3 years minimum).
Proven ability to deliver projects, tasks and assignments in an evolving and demanding environment.
Knowledgeable in Configuration Management, Make to Stock or Make to Order manufacturing, Pricing, Billing, Inventory Control, Finite Scheduling and basic Accounting principles.
Extensive hands-on functional design, specification, and construction of user reports, systems interfaces, application links, and other systems integration components as required.
Strong ability to interface with other enterprise TEAM members and possesses an inherit drive to take ownership of projects.
