Job Description:
Marathon Petroleum Corporation, a leading enterprise in the
American petroleum sector, is seeking a skilled OT Compliance
Manager to oversee our operational technology systems across 16
refineries. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity,
security, and compliance of our operational technologies with
federal and industry regulations. As the OT Compliance Manager, you
will lead the development and implementation of compliance
strategies within our information technology and cybersecurity
frameworks to support our expansive refining operations. This role
requires a deep understanding of both IT systems and the specific
technological needs of the petroleum industry. Develop and oversee
the implementation of compliance policies and procedures for
operational technology systems. Coordinate with IT and
cybersecurity teams to ensure all operational technology complies
with relevant laws and standards. Lead audits and prepare reports
for senior management on compliance status and issues. Train and
guide staff on compliance requirements and procedures. Stay updated
on new regulations and technology affecting refinery operations and
compliance. Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and other
stakeholders. Implement risk management practices and mitigation
strategies. Strong understanding of IT security standards and
frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001) In-depth knowledge of
operational technology used in the energy sector Proficiency in
risk management and compliance software tools Excellent
organizational and leadership abilities Strong communication and
