commitments aligned with organizational goals. Job Summary: We are
looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Replenishment
Buyer to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in
ensuring product availability and supporting operational excellence
as we transition through an upgrade and testing phase.
Responsibilities: Review forecasts and generate accurate purchase
orders to vendors to maintain optimal inventory levels. Monitor and
follow up on late shipments and resolve shortages to minimize
disruption. Participate in special projects to improve processes
and support team goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
during the system upgrade and testing period to ensure seamless
operations. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Supply
Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management,
Economics, Logistics, Finance, Marketing or a related field
(preferred). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, time
management organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite, especially Excel. Energetic and eager to learn. Ability to
work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in
supply chain, procurement, or warehouse replenishment. Excellent
communication and follow-up abilities. Familiarity with inventory
management systems and forecasting tools. Heinen’s, Inc. provides
