Job Description Job Description Mancan is working with a company in Dundee seeking a warehouse associate. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm with overtime as needed. Pay is based on experience, between $17-$25 per hour. Key Responsibilities - Assist truck drivers with incoming and outgoing freight - Verify delivery receipts and shipping documents to ensure all items are received accurately - Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are properly packaged and secured to prevent shipping damage - Maintain a clean, neat, and organized warehouse environment - Monitor warehouse activity and reports to assist with scheduling truck drivers and planning upcoming shipments - Communicate with office staff and truck drivers to support efficient operations - Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, neatly, and on time - Confirm orders are complete and all pieces are accounted for before shipment Qualifications & Skills - Prior warehouse experience. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage paperwork accurately - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Clear verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills - Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate warehouse equipment for extended periods Mancan offers our temporary employees full benefits such as paid vacations, holidays, 401K, as well as vision, dental, and medical.
