Approximately 80% of the manager’s time will be involved in
warehouse operations: Daily business of a small distribution
center, including management of inventory and branch supplies,
distribution of product, and customer service. Conduct interviews
for drivers and warehouse support candidates to help in the
recruiting process. Supervise and provide training to branch
employees. Bank deposits and other basic accounting duties. Ability
to drive a forklift (training provided). Ability to use Excel,
Outlook, Teams and other software programs. Following DOT rules and
regulations. Approximately 20% of the time may consist of product
delivery: Loading, unloading, and driving a 20-24’ box truck. Safe
and timely delivery to our customers with a high level of customer
service. Following DOT rules and regulations. Conducting thorough
daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintaining a clean,
professional image of self and vehicle. The ideal candidate must
have strong communications skills, be a detail-oriented/organized,
energetic, and a motivated person. What does this position look

week: Monday – Friday. Minimum of 45 hours per week. No weekends.
No overnight routes. Pay and Benefits: Annual salary of $60,000 -
$65,000 depending on management and industry experience. On the job
