Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Carbon Extrusion Operator Join a hands-on, high-energy team shaping the future—one carbon block at a time. What You'll Do: As a Carbon Extrusion Operator, you'll play a key role in our production process. This is a physically active role ideal for someone who enjoys staying on the move and working with their hands. Key Responsibilities: Keep production running by regularly filling hoppers with carbon material Perform rough cuts on extruded carbon blocks directly from the extruders Operate a cut saw to finish carbon blocks as needed Lift and handle 55 lb bags of carbon material safely Climb steps and remain on your feet throughout your shift Support the team by completing additional tasks as directed by the shift lead What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Reliable work history and a strong work ethic Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting, standing, and repetitive motion A team player who takes direction well and is ready to jump in where needed Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
