Job Description Job Description 2nd Shift Supervisor Direct Hire Ashtabula, OH MondayFriday | 3:00 PM 11:00 PM Pay Based on Experience In Partnership with Mancan Staffing Mancan Staffing is partnering with a local rubber manufacturing facility in Ashtabula, OH to hire a 2nd Shift Supervisor. This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable, non-fiberglass work environment. Position Overview The 2nd Shift Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, lead a team of employees, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met throughout the shift.
