Operators Location: Willoughby, OH Schedule: Friday, Saturday &
Sunday Hours: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM Pay: $17$18/hour (based on
experience) Position Overview A manufacturing company in Willoughby
is looking for dependable CNC Operators and Laser Machine Operators
to join their weekend team! Candidates will train on 1st shift
before transitioning to the weekend schedule. Training Schedule:
MondayThursday | 6:00 AM 4:30 PM After training is complete, you
will move to the weekend shift: FridaySunday | 6:00 AM 6:00 PM Job
Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC and/or laser cutting
machines Load/unload materials and parts safely Monitor machine
performance and production quality Perform basic adjustments and
troubleshooting as needed Read blueprints, work orders, and
measurements Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
control Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all
company safety policies and procedures Qualifications CNC or laser
experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate!)
Ability to read measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift up to
50 lbs Strong attendance and reliability Why Youll Love This Job
