  • Euclid Hospital - Med/Surg Tele RN
  • Day shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7am-730pm
  • Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
  • Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel.
  • Traveler must work at least every other holiday
  • PBDS Assessment - waived
  • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
  • Qualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
    • Job Requirements
    • MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
    • AHA BLS & ACLS required
    • Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED.
    • *TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Charge RN refs accepted!
