Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dynamic Customer Engagement/Marketing
Manager for its Rock Dining service at educational institutions.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement innovative marketing
strategies to enhance customer engagement, boost dining service
brand visibility, and drive customer satisfaction in an educational
environment. This role demands a creative marketer who can
seamlessly merge the culinary world with strategic customer service
management to deliver exceptional dining experiences and strengthen
brand loyalty among students, faculty, and visitors. Develop and
implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the
educational environment. Analyze customer feedback to identify
areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer
satisfaction. Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to
ensure marketing strategies are aligned with service offerings.
Organize and oversee promotional events to engage the community and
boost brand presence. Manage social media platforms and digital
marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness and customer
interaction. Coordinate with stakeholders across the institution to
support overall marketing objectives. Strong expertise in digital
marketing, including social media and SEO Proficient in CRM
software and data analysis tools Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities Medical

Professional certification in Digital Marketing preferred
Certification in Project Management (PMP) is an asset
