DEDICATED HOPPER ACCOUNT (Class A)

This position gives you the BEST parts of going OTR but with the perks of being on a DEDICATED account to just one customer!

• Your dispatcher is no rookie! You'll be assigned to ONE dispatcher who has over 15 years of dispatching experience. Drivers under this dispatcher use words like fair, FUN, knowledgeable and driver focused! (seriously)
  
• Home every 14 days with pass throughs
  
• End of day pre-planning, every day
  
• Detention pay starts at hour 2
  
• If a driver is low on dispatched miles, dispatcher WILL COMPENSATE
  
• Earn .60 cpm on all miles (loaded/unloaded, practical) plus an additional .03 cpm on total monthly miles for the montly Safety Bonus
  
• Full BENEFITS package including 401(k) with 4% company match
  This account hauls loads specifically for our long time customer, DAR PRO and will travel over the road but with no California loads. Each driver will be assigned their own truck truck AND trailer! Our trucks are always 3 years and newer and come equipped with a refridgerator, APU, inverter, TV mount, new mattres, PrePass Elite and SAMSARA elog tablet with compainy paid for unlimited data. (We even loaded some streaming and social media apps!)
