This position will report to the Plant Manager with dotted line/functional reporting to the Division Human Resources Director. This role is full time on site in Twinsburg, OH.Responsibilities:

• Assists with the implementation of HR policies and initiatives
• Provides exceptional customer service by answering and responding to general HR questions for employees in a timely manner
• Supports open enrollment process for benefits
• Process day-to-day transactions in Workday
• Assists in the recruitment and onboarding process
• Assists with employee relations and disciplinary issues
• Assists with Total Associate Engagement Events and community outreach initiatives
• Prepares and maintains personnel files, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
• Maintains records and compiles reports as need from database
• Prepares, distributes and posts communication announcements
• Performs other related duties as required and assignedExperience and Skill Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be both reliable and dependable

  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work in both team and individual settings
