Responsibilities Meet membership sales goals (training provided) Learn and understand our menu of services Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Clearly communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients Maintain spa cleanliness standards Bring a positive and energetic attitude to work every day Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client records Assist with various administrative tasks as needed What’s in It for You?
