Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Massillon, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,600 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 52 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Behavioral Healthcare Provider 2 Profession: Behavioral Healthcare Provider Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: Long-term Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Experience in providing group and individual therapy to adolescents. Preference for those clinicians with experience working with adolescents who are justice-system involved. License: Must have Independent Mental Health Licensure Certifications: Must hold LISW, LPCC, or IMFT Must-Have: Independent Mental Health Licensure: LISW, LPCC, or IMFT Description: This position operates under the general supervision of the behavioral health services supervisor. In this full-time contract role, you will provide group treatment and one-on-one individual sessions to assigned youth. You will provide documentation of clinical services provided and clinical summaries and updates to the facility behavioral health supervisor for youth's treatment team. Your work will contribute to positive outcomes and youth well-being within this unique context. Responsibilities include providing group treatment for youth with court orders or clinically assessed needs. You will provide individual, one-on-one therapy sessions for assigned youth on the mental health caseload. You will also provide clinical summaries and reports of youth progress or barriers to progress. Meticulous completion of all necessary documentation is essential. Collaboration with behavioral health services is required to facilitate seamless service delivery. Unusual Working Conditions: May be exposed to clients who may be potentially violent.
