What You’ll Do Evaluate residents and create personalized,
goal-driven care plans Deliver skilled OT services focused on
function, safety, and independence Collaborate with an
interdisciplinary team and communicate progress clearly Contribute
to a warm, person-centered care culture ? Requirements Current
Michigan Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) Strong
clinical reasoning and documentation skills SNF and/or outpatient
experience preferred — but we’re happy to train new grads!
Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience
